A Mechanical Engineering graduate and alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur, Mr. Nanda brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic business acumen to every project.His comprehensive background spans engineering procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance, making him a true end-to-end solutions specialist. He excels in strategic execution, driving operational excellence and innovation through meticulous project management, efficient operation and maintenance management, and astute sourcing strategies. Mr. Nanda's leadership is characterized by a commitment to delivering exceptional results, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Subodh has worked with leading building product material, construction and mineral industries such as RMC Readymix (India), RMC Gulf Quarry (UAE), L&T, Continental Construction, Float Glass, Gammon, Dodsal etc. He has more than 25 years’ experience in Mining, Quarrying, Crushing of Aggregates & sand industry in India & abroad. His area of expertise is Mining & Quarrying which involves various controlled blasting techniques, setting up of Quarry& Crushing business, business development, Aggregates & sand strategy including Sales & Marketing of the products.

A graduate mining engineer BE-Mining in 1992 from Nagpur University did his Diploma in post-graduation in Material Management in 1998 and obtained Mines Managers Certificateissued by DGMS Dhanbad in the same period. He is one amongst very few in India who obtained ‘Certificate in International Quarry Operations’ from reputed Institute of Quarrying, Derby University, United Kingdom in 2013.

As a young mining engineer, he joined his career in Silica Mining Industry & got opportunity to establish one of the biggest Quartz mine & Silica Sand processing plant for Float Glass India Ltd till 1996. The desire& curiosity to work in remote environment, took him to join one of the biggest hydro-power project, 1500MW Nathpa Jhakri in Himachal Pradesh as Sr Manager with CFJV (Continental Foundation JV) in 1997. This is where he understood workings for mega project especially planning & execution of 450tph plant and responsibility of catering aggregates to entire project till 2000. After this he worked for various road, nuclear power & hydro-power projects in the capacity of heading Quarry & Crushing vertical till 2003. The vast experience in this industry made Subodh a choice to join RMC Gulf Quarry in UAE as Project In-charge for their commercial aggregates Quarry & Crusher till 2003. The management skills in this industry took him to work for RMC Readymix (India) in 2005 from Dy. Manager to Country Head – Aggregates in 2016.

During this tenure, with his knowledge, experience & strategy, he brought the company in the list of Commercial Aggregates Industry. Last but not the least, Subodh has always developed culture of HEALTH & SAFETY amongst his team and grabbed various safety awards for many organisations he served.

Sanjay is an Associates CMA, Alumni from IIMA in Sr. Management Residential Programme on Strategy Management. Sanjay has post-qualification experience of over 35 years in various organizations like Jaysynth Dychem, Britannia Industries Limited, Prism Johnson Limited etc. in Costing, Finance & Accounts, HR and Legal. He has handled PAN India debtors’ management and credit control assignments with special focus on old recoveries. Sanjay has an illustrious background of dealing with all legal formalities in this domain. He also leads a team of executives experienced in all types of liasoning work ranging from grassroot levels to other multi-tier agencies involved in the recovery procedure.
